Congratulations to
Henry, the Amazing 3-legged Cat
San Diego’s most well-known feline with two books under his collar has now made more history. Henry, the heroic tripod cat (featured on page 82 of the current HillQuest) was recently honored by the National Cats Writers Association for the best gift book of 2006. (Mom) Cathy Conheim and BJ Gallagher’s “What’s the Matter with Henry? The True Tale of a Three-legged Cat” also won the Humane Issues Award from the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals this past weekend. Henry donates all his profits to local and national animal charities. |

![]() Thanks to all the volunteers who gave up their Sunday mornings to help Hillcrest look better. Stephen Whitburn, Joe Kocurek and John Hartley (at right) took a break for the HillQuest camera as they cleaned the neighborhood along Robinson Avenue. Two clean-ups remain in 2006 for the Hillcrest Clean TEAM. Join them on the first and third Sundays (3rd & 17th) of December. Give a little love back to Hillcrest! |
