Monday, October 29, 2007	Grab that Remote... Tom Abbas (aka Suzanne Sugarbaker in the beauty queen crown) poses with friends at his annual spooktacular Halloween party. The local CPA of Abbas, Jenson & Cundari fame hosted dozens of wild and wacky TV Land characters at his lovely Mission Hills home Saturday night. Joining Tom, the second from the left, are Charlene and Anthony from Designing Women, Heidi the Bavarian farm girl and the dainty Nurse Nasty. There were plenty of tricks (and tasty treats) at the lively celebration.

This dynamic duo served up a risque review of boogie woogie, ballads and original creations. *Fabulous* is an understatement!
Thursday, October 25, 2007	Nightmare on Normal This Saturday The Center will be throwing their annual Halloween celebration, Nightmare on Normal Street. The annual event featuring fabulous costumes will take place on Normal Street just north of University Avenue from 7-10pm. The $5 entry includes food, music and merriment. Then at 10:30pm on Saturday ...move on to Urban Mo’s for a Country Night Halloween party. No cover, cash prizes and lots of fun. The scary ghoul at the right (behind little pirate Jakob) is the legendary boogie woogie piano player Sue Palmer.
