Let the good times roll... Mark your calendars for the 7th annual Hillcrest Mardi Gras Street Party celebration which will be held Fat Tuesday (February 5th) on University Avenue between First and Fourth from 6-11pm
(rain or shine). The event is sponsored by the GSDBA Charitable
Foundation and the Hillcrest Business Improvement Association. The
adult-only festival will feature plenty of beads, live entertainment
including Tootie and the Lips
Girls on the
Viejas Entertainment Stage, special guest performers, an exclusive VIP
area and an array of surprises and various party favors. Why wait? Advance tickets (which make great stocking stuffers) are now available at Baja Betty’s, 1421 University Avenue;
Urban Mo’s, 308 University Avenue; and Obelisk Bookstore, 1029
University Avenue. Ticket prices are $15 (or $20 day of) and $50 (or
$75 day of) for a VIP Pass which includes express entry, private
reception area and private bathrooms. Guests may also purchase tickets
online via the Hillcrest

of Maui to celebrate Nancy Moors 60th birthday yesterday
evening. Friends and family enjoyed entertainment including a
handsome hunk strumming the ukulele and several lovely hula dancers. |
