![]() Has Flicks, Hillcrest’s original
video bar
created in 1983 by Larry Gillis, changed its focus to an S/M bar? Or is their new signage to be blamed on a blustery breeze? Does anyone else see a sumbliminal message here? |

San
Diego Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) Pride has extended
its submission deadline until Friday, May

contest gives participants a chance at winning passes to this year’s

Winners will receive a pair of weekend passes to this summer’s Pride festival, plus a T-shirt and hat. Photos may be e-mailed or sent by regular mail to: Photo Contest, P.O. ![]() Mayor Dick gained national attention today as four-million copies of the popular Time Magazine hit the streets after selecting him as one of the Top Three Worst Mayors in America. Good job! You make us sooooo proud. Dick blames Mike. He thinks our City Attorney is behind the story. (surprised?) One thing is for sure... a majority of San Diegans agree with the article. Take a survey — here’s another. He’s failing locally, too. The mayor says this article is hard on his family. Perhaps it’s time for him to resign...instead of being recalled. Today’s vote for council president (under the strong-mayor transition) has been put on hold. |
