Leno’s bill had failed in the Assembly by four votes in June, but after the Senate approved a same-sex marriage bill last week, he worked hard to get it through on a second try today with a vote of 41-35.Now it needs the governator’s signature,
but Arnie says he’ll give it a thumbs down.
