Area residents are encouraged to celebrate Valentine’s Day and share what you love about Hillcrest at the February meeting of the Hillcrest Town Council this Tuesday in the Joyce Beers Center from 6:30-8pm.
Learn about (1) Goals from the HTC development committee (2) HTC Homeless initiative (3) Update from the parking advisory board (4) the big pride flag proposed for Normal & University. In addition, everyone will get free coffee, cookies & be entered in a raffle for tickets to the Hillcrest Mardi Gras and the U.S.S. Midway.
