Join This Sunday’s SUPER Hillcrest Clean-Up

Toni Atkins office is hosting Sunday’s effort to mark one year of activism by theHillcrest Clean T.E.A.M. Coffee and cookies will be served (as usual) at 9:45 under the Hillcrest sign…then we’ll clean-up the neighborhood for a couple of hours. Please join the hardy group of street sweepers as they give a little bit of love back to Hillcrest. It’s good exercise, and you’ll feel even better when you see the difference a few volunteers can make. Everyone is welcome. Bring gloves and a broom if possible. Tools will also be provided. Call (619) 261-5617 to RSVP. Only four more clean-ups (Nov 5, 19, Dec 3 and 17) are planned for 2006 when the group will be dissolved. HBA’s new Maintenance Assessment District will begin in 2007.
