Porkyland hosts lunch for TJ orphans

TV host Zeji Ozeri, brought 21 orphans from Tijuana to San Diego for a day of fun. Ozeri made arrangements for the children to travel across the border and the ninos were treated to a performance of “Beauty and the Beast” fun in Balboa Park and lunch at Hillcrest’s Porkyland (at right). Ozeri reported the activities on Telemundo television. Porkyland staff welcomed the children and served enchiladas, rice, beans and sodas to the party of 30 children and adult chaperones.
