Rain cancels Sunday morning Hillcrest clean-up

Forecasted rain has called off the Hillcrest Clean T.E.A.M.’s final effort planned for Sunday, but we’re not done yet. Since the Hillcrest Maintenance Assessment District (MAD) services have been postponed until February…Cecelia and Luis Moreno, owners of the Crest Cafe, have stepped up to the plate and made an $800 donation to the Hillcrest History Guild to keep the volunteer Clean TEAM going for two more clean-ups in January (on the 7th and 21st from 10am-noon). Please join us in making the community look better. A party is being planned for everyone that has pitched in over the past 15 months.
