The Park & Recreation Department has centers throughout the city offering a variety of recreation activities. Hours of operation are different at each facility.
Balboa Park Activity Center

The Balboa Park Activity Center (BPAC) is a multi-purpose gymnasium built to accommodate badminton, table tennis, volleyball and other events, including regional, state and national tournaments.
Basketball is available at the Municipal Gymnasium in Balboa Park.
