St. Tropez Bakery and Bistro has opened location #3 (Gaslamp & Encinitas being their sister locations) at the former site of Mister Sisters, Tofu House, the Fish Hut, colorful Rocket Wraps and healthy Dr. Dailey’s. No one seems to have the fortitude of the Chicken Pie Shop, 62 years. Best of luck to owners, Didier & Christine Pellerud. The word on the street is —“You have a winner!”
