Ground Zero Street PerformersThe “landmark events in the history of freedom” have left many dead women and children in Iraq. In their memory, the Ground Zero Players took to the streets of San Diego last night for their latest street theater action in the Gaslamp Quarter, Old Town and Fashion Valley as the world marks the two-year anniversary of the invasion of Iraq. The group of fifteen portrayed walking war dead to remind the community of the thousands of innocent lives lost in the U.S. conflict.
