Deborah Scott at Hillcrest’s Whole Foods MarketChef Deborah Scott (left), Executive Chef/Partner of Kemo Sabe, Indigo Grill and Island Prime introduced one of her signature dishes, roasted nut crusted fried brie, at the ninth anniversary celebration of Hillcrest’s Whole Foods Market on Saturday. Greg Nelson (center) welcomed customers with the mouth-watering samples topped with jalapeno jelly and honey roasted garlic on grilled flat bread, while Chef Alex Carballo (right) assisted with the tasty give-away. Shoppers may buy this YUMMY cheese at the neighborhood market soon.
