Hillcrest celebrates first one hundred years
Two boxes of goodies to be opened during Hillcrest’s second centennial celebrations in 2107 will be buried this year. The first within the next couple of weeks and another larger box in the fall. If you have something to include or a suggestion, please contact the Hillcrest History Guild. The photo at the left shows current air samples from the county going into the first vault. Other items include money, menus, ipod, publications, a memory stick with photos and yearbook from Florence Elementary School. Be creative! What items should be left for your great, great grandchildren to discover?
