3:00pm — North Park Farmers Market

The North Park Farmers Market is open every Thursday until sunset. Visitors can browse from a wide selection of fruits, vegetables, nuts, flowers and other items. The farmers market is a great place to stock up on low priced, fresh items for the upcoming week. Also, a number of promotional booths are available to provide information about local businesses and services. Musicians are usually on hand to entertain shoppers. The North Park Farmers Market is located in the south parking lot of CVS Pharmacy at the corner of North Park Way at Herman Avenue.

5:00pm-9:00pm — Celebrate Cathedral's 15th Year

March 2010 ~ Marks Cathedral's 15th Year of being San Diego's go-to place for the best of Candles, Bath, and Home. As a thank you for all your wonderful support over the years we are having a party with special guests and a DJ. Join Amy and her crew for a night of fun with friends, shopping, champagne and treats. 435 University Avenue in Hillcrest.

5:30pm — Stephen Whitburn Press Conference

Stephen Whitburn, a 2008 City Council candidate, will hold a news conference to make an announcement regarding the San Diego County Board of Supervisors at Twiggs Coffeehouse 4590 Park Boulevard in University Heights.
