Join us for a neighborhood block party on Sunday, July 10, 2011 ~ at the 9th annual Hop in the ’hood
We’ll clean the street at 7am,
then have fun throughout the day...
along the 3700 block of
Seventh
Avenue in Hillcrest
one block south of Whole Foods
(between Robinson and Pennsylvania)

All HillQuest fans are invited to the Hop in the ’Hood!
Bring folding chairs and frisbees. Enjoy this closed street at an old fashioned neighborhood block party. As usual, a large (and yummy — half chocolate/half carrot) cake from City Deli will be served at noon to one and all. Fun and games throughout the day!
Join us for this year’s Hop in the ’Hood as we celebrate the completion of another HillQuest Urban Guide. Slideshow fun from 2009 & 2010.
Pack up the family, grab a blanket and a picnic for a fun day with on this closed block in the heart of Hillcrest. All happy people, bicyclists, street performers, dancers and cornhole players are welcome. Questions? Please contact us.
Cornhole will be played throughout the day with the final championship match held at about 5pm.

You’re invited to help us celebrate the
completion of another great book

... as a special treat ...
Owner Christian Chaffee is bringing this fabulously restored streetcar from San Diego’s history
It’s one of the three remaining Class I streetcars designed and built in 1914 by John D. Spreckels just in time for the 1915 Panama-California Expo in Balboa Park.
Check it out and...jump onboard! (for the first time)
