Airplane

San Diego International Airport is only a few miles from Hillcrest. A one-way taxi ride should run about $14. To connect with public transportation, catch the Route 992 bus from the airport to downtown and transfer at Fourth Avenue to any of Routes 1, 3, 16 or 25. Here’s a landing (looking south from the plane).
