The HillQuest gals are on a Mexican adventure, and on Friday we spent the day riding, roping and acting like cowgirls on a ranch south of San Miguel de Allende. We milked cows and the white foamy liquid was used to make cheese after we collected freshly laid eggs, wrangled sheep, rode through rivers on our galloping steeds, chased pigs and chickens… basically, we are having a ton of fun.
