K-rails at Tenth & Robinson

Hillcrest to say good-bye these k-rails on Thursday, February 23
City of San Diego traffic engineer Gary Pence has let us know that the removal of the k-rails at Tenth & Robinson has been scheduled for Thursday, February 23 beginning between 8-9am. Last month he thanked the community for our patience. (It has been a multi-year process, but these ugly cement barriers that add to the intersection’s congestion will finally be gone.)
