DIP sign added to new Hillcrest sign?

Thanks again to the city and Councilwoman Toni Atkins office for the community boundary signs that were added to Hillcrest during the summer of our centennial. Here’s the first look as to how lovely it looks with the jacaranda trees in the background. Here’s the question. Which came first? Was this sign on First Avenue just south of Walnut added to the DIP sign or was it recently attached to the Hillcrest sign? Who knows? Please contact HillQuest. We’ll look through our photo archives, too.
