Recognize this local officer from 1990?

It’s Hillcrest’s own favorite cop, Rick Edgil, who was the second member of San Diego Police Department to come out of the closet (following 10-year veteran John Graham) over a decade ago. Officer Rick is now SDPD’s Community Relations Officer and attends all of the Hillcrest Business Association meetings at the Joyce Beers Community Center in the Uptown District (5:00pm the second Tuesday of each month).
