We had rain on Wednesday. Unfortunately, drivers had to relearn lessons like “wet streets=slick streets.” Historic State Highway 163 south through Balboa Park was jammed to a walking pace for the morning commute.

And this was with less than a quarter inch of rain!
Imagine what we might do with 18 inches of hail (like Watts).
