Happy 40th b-day, Emperor Norton II

Tony Phillips (the bad little devil with horns courtesy of his gal pal Marie) doesn’t look a day over 39, as he smiles with his daughter and Neal Wasserman (left), the proprietor of the Wit’s End. Tony’s friends crowded the popular watering hole at Thursday night’s celebration for the prolific Hillcrestian who produces the Fifth Avenue Gazette. (Is that because we really love him or that they have a zillion beer choices and great food?) Btw…the Wit’s End also serves up free wi-fi in their homey location just west of Fifth Avenue on Robinson.
