Recently taggers had vandalized utility boxes throughout the community, but Tim who leads the Hillcrest Town Council’s (HTC) Neighborhood Improvement Committee (NIC) organized Saturday’s casual event and outreached for volunteers to remove and/or paint over Graffiti removed by Susan Fosselman & Bob Martynec in Hillcrest 9/4/10the graffiti.

In a mere hour and a half of labor these four community activists removed 30 graffiti tags (note before and after photos from Robinson Avenue). For more info about helping with the volunteer effort come to monthly HTC meetings or email Tim Gahagan.
