Residents and business owners in Uptown showed up at City Hall Tuesday afternoon (11/5/13) as the IHO (Interim Height Ordinance) returned…this time it received a unanimous vote from the city council. The ordinance will now become coterminous with the approval of the community plan which has been delayed several years.
