John Taylor leaving Hillcrest for Palm Springs

The Hillcrest Town Council (HTC) met Tuesday evening at the Joyce Beers Community Center in the Uptown District. John Taylor, HTC chair, announced that this would be his last meeting in this role. John is a founding member of the HTC steering committee and the first resident elected by the neighbors to lead monthly meetings. John will be moving to Palm Springs with his partner Michael who was promoted with Saks Fifth Avenue. Hillcrest has greatly benefited from John’s leadership. All of us wish Michael and John all the best in Palm Springs. His move leaves big shoes to fill at the HTC.
