Proudly serving the best carnitas in San Diego since 1982, Pepe and wife Deborah are happy to finally open in Hillcrest. Eat there, carry out or have it delivered. Mexican specialties include fabulous sopes, fajitas, chicken nopal, carne asada and Deborah’s oh-so-popular flan.

Hillcrest’s newest eatery is also a lively gallery with works by Liliana Molins. Her vibrantly painted works compliment the beautifully designed eating area. The artist also created Porkyland’s unique furniture adorned with the romantic poems Pepe penned to to his wife while courting her.

Stop by Porkyland to check out the new eatery and welcome Pepe to Hillcrest.
