More than two dozen Imperial Beach residents lost their vehicles – and in some cases, the keys to their livelihood – today when an arsonist sparked a fire in an apartment complex parking lot that caused an estimated $600,000 in damage. Three cars were also torched on Alabama Street in North Park. Please be a good neighbor and keep your eyes open for one another.
