Poll shows slim lead!

Mayoral candidate Donna Frye has released her financial plan (it’s not just “sound-bytes”) to the public, and she says that it is the only real fix for our city’s systemic financial breakdown. Her competitor, Jerry Sanders, calls her plan an ill-conceived sham, and says under his leadership San Diegans will pay “no new taxes!” (well, maybe).
