Uptown Planners Meeting

This month’s advisory group for area development issues met last night at the Joyce Beers Community Center. It was announced that Peggy Mazella who respresented Hillcrest has resigned from their board. Any interested candidates are asked to apply and make a personal presentation at the December 5th meeting. Contact Leo Wilson (619) 231-4495.
The group handles planning and land-use matters in the neighborhoods of Hillcrest, University Heights, Bankers Hill/Park West and Mission Hills. They meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 6pm.
