Plans for the corner of Sixth and Upas
…have been on hold for awhile

The city’s field inspector says Mi Arbolito
has been on hold due to a lawsuit filed
by the HOA of the building to the east
against the project’s developer and
another suit filed against the city.

We’ve been informed that the suits have been
resolved and construction will resume in March.
